a) Upon visiting the website

 

When accessing our website http://www.solventis.de/ the browser deployed by your respective end device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information sent will be temporarily saved in a so-called log file. Hence during this procedure, the following data is collected and stored, without any action on your part, until the time of the automatic deletion:

 

  • IP address of the requesting computer,
  • Date and time of access,
  • Name and URL of the accessed file,
  • Website from which access is made (Referrer-URL),
  • Browser being used and, if necessary, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.

  • In the case that for the data disclosure according to Art. 6, Par. 1 s. 1 lit. c GDPR,   a legal obligation exists, as well as
  • In this case it is legally allowable and, according to Art. 6, Par. 1 s. 1 lit. b GDPR, is necessary for   you for the settlement of the terms and conditions of contracts.

a) Tracking tools

 

The following listed tracking methods employed by us will be carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Par. 1 s. 1 lit. f GDPR. The applied tracking methods allows us to ensure a user-orientated design and continuous optimization of our site. Additionally we use the tracking methods to account for the use of our website statistically and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our services for you. Our interests in this respect are justifiable with regard to the aforementioned regulation.  

 

The respective data processing aims and categories of data are taken from the corresponding tracking tools.

 

i) Google Analytics1

 

To ensure the user-orientated design and continuous optimization of our site we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service belonging to Google Inc. (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereafter named „Google“). In this respect pseudonymized user profiles will be created and cookies (see No. 4) applied. The information generated by the cookie concerning the usage of this website like

ii) Google Adwords Conversion Tracking

 

In addition we use Google Conversion Tracking to account for and evaluate the use of our website statistically and for the purpose of optimizing our website. For this reason, if you gained access to our website via a Google Ads, a cookie from Google Adwords (see No 4) is created on your computer.

 

These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not meant for use of personal identification. If the cookie has not yet expired when the user has visited certain pages of the advertisers website, Google and the advertiser will be able to tell that the user clicked the ad and proceeded to the page.

 

Each Adwords client receives a different cookie. For this reason cookies cannot be tracked from the websites of Adwords clients. Information collected allows conversion cookies to create conversion statistics for those Adwords clients who have chosen to have conversion tracking. The Adwords clients experience the total number of users that have clicked on to the ad and were forwarded to a site with a conversion tracking tag page. However they do not receive information which can personally identify users.

 

In case one does not wish to take part in tracking methods the necessary settings for cookies can be declined via browser setting which in general automatically deactivates the creation of cookies. We apply the open-source software Matomo for analysis and statistical evaluation of the website use. For this purpose we use cookies (see No 4). The information created by the cookie for the website use will be transferred to our server and collected in pseudonym user profiles. The information will be used in order to analyze the utilization of the website and facilitate a user-orientated design of our website. We do not share this information with third parties.

Especially you can demand information about the purposes of processing, the category of your personal-related data, the category of recipients against whose your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage time, the existence of the right to access and rectification, deletion, limitation of the processing or objection, the existence of a right to appeal the origin of your data as long as the data has not been collected by us, as well as on the existence of a automatic decision making including profiling   and if necessary significant information to their details;
  • according to Art. 16 GDPR to demand prompt rectification of inaccurate or completion of your personal-related data stored with us;
  • according to Art. 17 GDPR to demand the deletion of your personal-related data stored with us insofar as the processing to exercise rights for freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation for reasons of public interest or to the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims are not necessary;
  • according to Art. 18 GDPR to demand the limitation of the processing of your personal-related data insofar as the correctness of the data is contested by you, the processing is illegal, but you oppose their deletion and we no longer need the data however you need the data for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or according to Art. 21 GDPR you have filed an objection against the processing;
  • according to Art. 20 GDPR   to receive your personal-related data you have provided us with, in a structured, conventional and machine-readable format or to demand the transmission to another person responsible;
  • according to Art. 7 Par. 3 GDPR to withdraw your consent previously given to us. Consequently the data processing based on this consent will no longer be allowed to be continued in the future and
  • according to Art. 77 GDPR to raise a complaint with a supervisory authority. Normally you can turn to your common supervisory authority of your place of residence, workplace or the location where your company is headquartered.

 

 

7. Recruitment private policy and application procedures

 

The person in control collects and processes personal-related data from applicants for the purpose of execution of the application procedures. The processing can take place thru electronic form. This is especially the case when the applicant transfers to the processing person in control the corresponding application documents for example via email or thru a website form found in the internet. In the case an applicant receives an employment contract from the person responsible for processing the contract, all data transferred, for the purpose of processing the employment relationship, is stored taking into consideration legal requirements. If an employment contract does not come to fruition, the application documents will be automatically deleted two months after the notification of the decision is given as long as the deletion has no other legitimate interests preventing the person responsible from deleting the documents. Other legitimate interests refer to, for example, a burden of proof in proceedings according to the General Equal Treatment Act (in Germany: AGG).

 

 

 

8. Right of objection

 

As long as your personal-related data will be processed on the basis of legitimate interests according to Art. 6 Par. 1 s. 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right, according to Art. 21 GDPR, to object to the processing of your personal-related data insofar that reasons exist which arise from your special situation or the objection is used against direct marketing. In the later case you have a general right of objection which will be implemented by us without indication of a special situation.

While visiting our website we apply the known SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the respective highest encryption level which is supported by your browser. Normally this is a 256 bit encryption. In the case your browser does not support a 256 bit encryption, we will resort instead to a 128 bit v3 technology. If an individual page of our website is transmitted encrypted you will realize this by the locked depiction of a key and/or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
